So long story short. The wife wants to have chickens this year. She just wants eggs but I want meat. Regardless you need to feed and water the chickens. There are special watering nipples that are for chickens. I won an Ebay auction on a bulk amount. They were a 1/3 the price of an online retailer. I have more than I need and was wondering what local retail was so I can try to make money selling the surplus on CL. I searched TSC and found out they go for 5 times what I paid for them. I minimized the window and got back to work.

When I got back to using the internet I found it very funny that tractor supply added “enjoy” to my search.

A don’t know whether to cry or throw up.

I had heard my boss tell me about some of the old cars stored in the building right next to where I work.
Just now I was getting ice for iced coffee (in another building) and I looked north and saw what turned out to be a mustang funny car body. Then I saw the barn door was open……

Inside was AAARRRGGHHH! Only one car under a cover, a nice 61-2 corvette. Along with a dozen decent cars from the 20s up thru the 50’s was a crappy late 70’s vette, a 300zx, a 65 vette rolling chassis. A 67-9 firebird convertible. Then behind it in a row were not one but two 54-6 corvettes and an E-type convertible with a hole in the hood and a tri-power ford under the hood. Everything was covered in bird crap.

I had seen some of the old outside storage cars and wanted to wander the fields. I had always wondered what was in the barn less than 150 feet from where I have been sitting for the last 2 ½ years.

I took a few pics with the work camera but I was told in no uncertain terms to not put pics on the internet. I am poor was unemployed for 3.5 years so I am nor putting them up sorry.

So most of my free time has been taken up with my son doing lacrosse. I did work on the Roadmaster a little bit Friday. I took off the hitch to convert it from a 1 1/4 receiver to a two inch. I also wanted to install the stainless exhaust tips. well they looked great from underneath while on the hoist but not so good on the ground. I will have to redo them. I just wish I would have lowered the car before I burned them in. at least when I pass someone now they will know the car has dual exhaust...

That thing is a classic "tank" -- love the old US station wagons, and wish they'd make a comeback.

The classic wagon was usurped by the minivan. And to a lesser extent the SUV the closest to a comeback is the CUV's that are coming out now. Smaller car based utility vehicles they are the modern equivalent.

So I had an unpleasant end to a decent day taking my son to his lacrosse tournament.

I had a blowout at freeway speeds on US131. did a number on the bottom of my fender and the rocker panel.
