Need blades for this tool

I picked up this angle iron shear for cheap but without blades. My guess is that it is for bent steel angle like what shelves are made out of. I was hoping for 1/8” thick angle but I don’t think so. I might have bought a boat anchor but I didn’t pay much.

Don't see too many of those. Hand operated angle cutters are "old school" and probably not using standard cutter specs, so you'll most likely have to find the OEM and/or the used tool market. I agree with you, this tool was probably used to produce shelving parts, not heavy duty structural items.

I passed on one of these due to price, I cannot justify the money for what they want VS what it can do.
