Couldn't you get another box and split some of the tools out. I looked at HF and didn't see anything close. I can't think of anything other than keep an eye on craigslist.

could do that..   but i want one with drawers for my wrenches and sockets right now i only have the traditional boxes with a tray.
i can spend probally 40-50 on the box.. im sorta eyeing the bluepoint but the china made part is just not sitting with me

You can get away with cheaper tools. But when you're doing mobile maintenance your boxes really take a beating.

I hate to say it but that Blue point box looks chintzy to me.

Get a nice cantilever box and you'll have it for life.

This Simonsen is a vintage classic. You won't find any better at any price. Put on a new coat of hammered paint and it'll still be in use by your grandchildren.

Kennedy is another choice --- these 22" boxes are an industry standard

Those are handy but they take up so much room.

How tightly are the wrenches held in the slots? I bought a set a while back where they just fell out at the least jar.

they hold my sks fine i have to fight them a bit to get them in the slots but once there in they "snap" and there good to go.. it might be cause the sk's have thick beams tho..
