The Volvo C303 was built between 1974 - 1980. It came in different forms including a soft top and hard top 4x4, a 6x6 in various forms in military and civilian 4x4 version. The C303 has leaf springs with straight, portal axles, approx. 38mm of clearance at the lowest point. High and low range transfer case, a 6 cyl. Volvo B-30 engine and a 4 speed transmission. They come with fully selectable vacuum operated diff. lockers on the front and rear.

That puppy looks like it would go anywhere, the outside cage is good idea. Only 15" of ground clearance.

TRTool loves these things. He wants one so bad he can taste it.

Personally I would love one as well. It would be perfect for the 8" of snow with drifts I have in my driveway.

I've always liked this kind of vehicle. Its nice to have something everyone else doesn't have. That one reason I bought a 59 Chrysler.

Around here you see mostly Chevy's less Fords then sucking hind t1t are Mopars. Never thought I'd be sick of 57 Chevy's.
